I am one of the visionary founder and creative force behind Gamma Alpha Phi Sorority, Inc., a sisterhood built on purpose, unity, and empowerment. As a dedicated leader and entrepreneur, I’ve also established Blessed by Mek, a custom merchandise brand specializing in sorority apparel, accessories, and personalized pieces that reflect identity and pride.
Monique Garcia Founder, Executive Director
I have an extensive background in Financial Services with a corporate litigation firm based in Philadelphia. In addition, I have been an entrepreneur for over 10 years and a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania.
I am a strong, driven professional committed to empowering women and leading with integrity. I believe in lifting others through confidence, compassion, and purpose, and I strive to lead by example with resilience and authenticity.
