Gamma Alpha Phi Nu is a non-collegiate, purpose-driven sisterhood dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, emotional wellness, and holistic empowerment for women from all walks of life. 

Founded on the principles of compassion, education, and connection, we serve as a safe space where women 30 and older can find support, sisterhood, and strength without the constraints of academic affiliation.

Through workshops, community outreach, peer-led discussions, and wellness initiatives, we are breaking stigmas, advocating for accessible mental health resources, and encouraging our members to prioritize their well-being. 

Support:

A judgment-free zone where members can be honest about their struggles, celebrate their wins, and receive encouragement through peer-to-peer mental health mentoring and group check-ins.

Awareness:

Educating both sisters and the broader community about mental health topics through workshops, campaigns, speaker events, and stigma-breaking initiatives.

Empowerment:

Encouraging personal development through mindfulness, creative outlets, and skill-building that promote confidence, stress management, and leadership.

Advocacy:

Partnering with mental health organizations including campus services to lead outreach and participate in national awareness efforts.
